- The Mix Company's products are by far the best I have ever tasted. It's hard to find gluten free baked goods, breads and pastas that not only taste good but are also made with organic and healthy ingredients - and an added bonus is The Mix Company's products can be baked sugar-free as well! ALL of the mixes are delicious but my personal favorites are the Garlic & Herb Pasta, Deelish Bread, Devil's Fudge Chocolate Cake and Spice Lovers Muffins.

- Oh My GOODNESS! I made the zucchini apple muffins and they are WONDERFUL! I ate two!! This could be either good for me or bad for me! But it sure feels good! I made the shortbread cookies this afternoon. I did half just plain and half with lemon rind. I made them into balls and flattened them with a fork dipped in milk. The milk makes them shiny and crispy...really good. Kelly, Renfrew, ON

- This new bread you made is excellent, I have experienced no reactions whatsoever. I had it toasted under poached eggs and it was great that way and then the same day I had a sandwich for lunch and it was good as well. No bloating or anything. - I just wanted to let you know that your mixes are a hit! (But you already knew they'd be I'm sure!) My husband was tested for celiac and we just learned on Thursday the whole family is going gluten free for many reasons. We tried your Spicy Mexican Rice as the first GF meal and it was amazing! - My order of mixes arrived safely last Friday. So far I have made the muffins ~ I used apple sauce in the mix and added walnuts and sultanas, they turned out really delicious. I have also tried the Herb & Garlic Meat rub and marinade, and made meatballs - fantastic, everyone was raving! I have also marinated chicken with it and made turkey burgers! - Thought you’d be interested to know I use the breads for communion. We cut it in a small V for intinction and in larger squares for the times we serve in our chairs. The dipping of the bread in the wine for intinction works well. Hope this helps others who need a GF communion. Lynda B. Ottawa
